LMNOP is an acronym that describes the process used to get to know your business, diagnose issues and risks, propose a strategy to address those challenges, and assist you with execution.
Listen
An introductory meeting kicks off your business profile development and my 30-day listening plan. During the introductory meeting, we will design how and when I will meet your staff and tour your facilities.
Map
A follow-up meeting will draft a roadmap to diagnose, triage, and address your most pressing business challenges.
Negotiate
At our third engagement, we will review a proposal for either a fixed scope/price work effort, a time-and-materials contract, or a hybrid approach. Coming out of this meeting, we will have a written agreement on whether we will proceed any further together, what our measures of success will be, and billing details.
Operationalize
The proposal always includes planning time. We will meet weekly, during this phase, to align on how to transform your organization together.
